“We’re not organizing events during this time”

We do offer virtual events. We’ll help you come up with a plan for what you would like the event to be like and what goals you’re trying to reach. We’ll be a part of hosting the events, all your team has to do is be ready to learn and have fun.

“The company is not doing much in the DEI area”

The events give the team an opportunity to come together and get to know each other on a personal level. Team events give the sense of belonging and learning new ways to interact with coworkers, clients, and people in general. 

“We don’t have budget on organizing events at this moment”

I’m sorry to hear about that. The goal for the events is to achieve cultural competence and respect diversity. We’ll provide you with all the information that you need to think about so you can reach out to us in the future. 

“I don’t think my employees will like your events”
